1. Where is your fulfillment center located?
Local fulfillment, your order ships from our Pennsylvania warehouse, allowing us to provide fast delivery within 2–8 business days and minimize wait times.
2. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, select the toy or set you like, and click “Add to Cart.” Then follow the checkout instructions no account is required.
3. Do I need to create an account?
Order as a Guest: Creating an account is completely optional you can place your order quickly as a guest for a faster checkout. Welcome Discount: If you choose to register, you will receive a 10% discount on your purchase. Exclusive Benefits: Registered members enjoy personalized bonuses and special holiday discounts throughout the year.
4. How do I add an item to the cart?
On each product page, click the “Add to Cart” button. You can adjust quantity or remove items before completing your order.
5. How do I complete my order?
After adding items to your cart, click “Checkout”, fill in your shipping and payment details, and confirm. You’ll receive an instant email confirmation once your order is placed.
6. How long does shipping take and what are the costs?

We deliver across Zones 1 to 6. Standard shipping is our most economical option, typically taking 2–8 business days.

Expedited Options: For urgent orders, expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available. The cost for this service is calculated based on your specific state.

Transparent Pricing: Shipping costs and applicable taxes are not hidden; they are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout after you enter your address.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: We provide delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via USPS.
Custom Shipping Quotes: To ensure accurate pricing for PO Box or Locker deliveries, please email us. We will provide an individual shipping rate tailored to your specific address.

7. Are there extra fees or hidden charges?
Product Pricing: The prices displayed on our website are for the products only. Separate Calculations: Taxes and shipping fees are not included in the initial price and are calculated separately during the checkout process. Checkout Visibility: You will be able to see the final tax and shipping costs clearly after you enter your delivery address at the final stage of your order.
8. Are your toys safe for children?
Yes! Every toy is carefully selected and certified for safe play.
9. How can I return or exchange goods?
You can return items within 14 days (or 7 days for defective goods) if they are unused and in their original packaging. Photo/video proof of the issue is required for all requests. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Please note: sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
