P.O. Boxes
We do ship to P.O. Boxes; however, please note that shipping to these addresses is not included in our standard free shipping offer.

Shipping costs for P.O. Boxes are calculated individually based on your location and the size of the order.

If you provide a P.O. Box at checkout, we will contact you with a shipping quote before processing your order.
Warehouse Schedule
To ensure the best service, please keep our operating hours in mind:

Shipping Days: Monday through Friday.

Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and has a set schedule of non-working holidays: February 2, March 3–4, April 1–9, April 21–22, May 4–5, May 14–15, May 21–23, July 22–23, September 11–13, September 20–21, September 25 – October 2, October 3–4, and December 4–12. All orders received during this period are processed on the first working day after the weekend.

Cutoff Time: Orders placed after our daily cutoff will be queued for shipment the following business day.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we currently do not ship to the following states and territories:

West & Mountain Regions: Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Idaho (ID), Montana (MT), Nevada (NV), New Mexico (NM), Oregon (OR), Utah (UT), Washington (WA), Wyoming (WY).

Non-Continental: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and all other US territories.
Holiday and Peak Season Notice
During high-volume periods, such as the Holiday Season (late November through December, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday), carrier delays may occur. While we make every effort to meet our 2–8 day window, delivery may occasionally take a few extra business days. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Address Responsibility: Please provide a complete and correct shipping address, including apartment or suite numbers. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays & Force Majeure: Deliveries may be delayed due to severe weather, incorrect addresses, or other unforeseen "force majeure" circumstances. Please contact us to check the current status of your order.

Compensation: Please note that refunds or financial compensation are not provided for shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors.
Returned Shipments
If the parcel is not delivered due to delivery failure (e.g., incorrect address or recipient unavailable), the store is not responsible.
Box Condition & Damage
If your package arrives with significant damage or manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours and send us photos. We will contact you to resolve the issue.
