Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. We strive for every purchase to bring you satisfaction, but we have established clear guidelines to ensure a smooth process if something goes wrong.

1. Conditions for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange based on the following timelines:

  • Standard Returns: For items of proper quality (if you changed your mind), you must notify us within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product.

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your item arrives with a defect or does not function properly, you must notify us within 7 calendar days to qualify for an exchange.

To submit a request, please email us and include:

  • A description of the problem.

  • Photo and video evidence clearly showing the defect or issue.

  • Note: These must be provided within the respective 7 or 14-day period.

2. Requirements for Returned Items

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and free of any signs of wear or use.

  • Returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • In its original "marketable" condition.

Important: Items that have been used, show damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging cannot be accepted for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

Please note that items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, OR

  • Send a replacement of the same item.

This process will be completed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
